Content on this site is general information about our software and services. It is not financial, legal or other professional advice. Business decisions remain yours.
Prices shown are a guide and assume a supply chain of medium complexity. The final price depends on complexity and is confirmed in writing after a consultation. Nothing on this site, and no enquiry message, creates a contract. Our services are supplied under a written service agreement, which sets out what is included, fees, data handling, support and how to end it. VAT is added only if and when it applies.
The site, its design, the Tarnwick name and logo, and our software belong to Tarnwick Ltd. Customers are licensed to use the software under their agreement, and source code is not handed over. Please do not copy or reuse our content without our written permission.
We take care to keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for loss arising from relying on the site’s content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
