Tarnwick Ltd (“Tarnwick”, “we”), registered in England and Wales, company number 17509512. We are the controller of personal data collected through this website. To contact us about your data, email enquiries@tarnwick.co.uk.
If you use the contact page or email us, we collect your name, email address, business name and the message you send, including anything you tell us about your business, files or needs. We do not ask for sensitive personal information, and you should not send any.
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google’s servers when a page loads. Our hosting provider may also keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, for security and reliability.
We use your details to reply to you, arrange a free consultation and prepare a quote. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, or taking steps at your request before a contract. We do not use your details for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell them.
We ask only for product-level business data, such as stock, sales, orders and shipments. We do not need customer personal data. Files travel by a private shared folder, and raw files are deleted after 90 days or as agreed in writing. What is included, fees, data handling and support are set out in a written service agreement.
Only the service providers that help us run the business, such as website hosting, email and form handling, and professional advisers where needed. We may also share information where the law requires it. Where a provider handles data outside the UK, we expect appropriate safeguards to be in place.
You can ask us for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, or object to our use of it.
